Remote support is $49 for the first 30 minutes, then $30 for each additional 30 minutes. On-site visits are $95 per hour with a one-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute increments after that. Members receive a standing discount on all labor, remote and on-site.
For $25, we'll spend 15 minutes on the phone or a video call diagnosing your issue and recommending the best path forward. If you decide to move ahead with service, that $25 is credited toward your service fee, so the diagnosis effectively becomes free.
The Essential plan ($19/month) gives you 15% off all labor, unlimited chat and text questions, and priority response, and it's a great fit for households. The Pro plan ($49/month) includes a larger 20% labor discount, 30 minutes of remote support each month, same-business-day priority, and coverage across multiple devices, which suits small businesses well. Either plan is open to anyone, and memberships are about ongoing access and savings; individual sessions are billed separately at your member rate.
Yes. Your membership discount applies to all labor, whether we're helping you remotely or visiting in person.
We stand behind our work with a no-fix, no-fee guarantee on diagnostic work. If we can't resolve your issue, you won't be charged for the labor spent trying. (Parts, hardware, and third-party services are separate.)

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and you can pay securely online or at the time of service. Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
